Heat can be applied with a hand held heat gun (electric or gas) or the product and film can pass through a heat tunnel on a conveyor.

In order to begin production we get hold of quality materials needed for production.
All materials are stored in our warehouse to be later inspected and used to reduce waste, control the in and out of goods and increase the safety of materials.
All products are inspected if it meets the requirements for standard quality. Any products of material that does not meet the standards will be rejected.
The manufacturing process must meet the standards in terms of Safety and Health for both products and the company employees. Products are randomly sampled for quality control and all employees must follow the necessary procedures before, during and after production.
Finished goods are stored in another warehouse before distribution. They products are inspected and check for quality and quantity and must be approved before delivery.
The trucks are also inspected for cleanliness and for any factors that can affect the quality of products or the delivery. The products are carefully loaded and delivered safely to the Customers.
